- Pickled Chanterelles - 8.8 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms and drain them in a colander.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, mix the salt, pepper, herbs, and oil, then add the chanterelles and stir well.
Step 3
Make a pouch out of foil and pour the prepared mixture into it.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven (392°F or high heat) for about 15 minutes, then open the foil and cook for another 5 minutes. The mushrooms will become tender and acquire a golden-brown hue.
