- Char Fish - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Place the butter inside the fish.
Step 2
Grease the foil with sunflower oil and wrap the fish in it.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F and place the wrapped fish inside for 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 4
Wash and gut the fish, removing all fins.
Step 5
Rub it with salt and spices.
Step 6
Surround it with onion, previously sliced into rings, on both sides.
