Ingredients
- Beef - 8.1 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 5.6 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
- Garlic - 0.5 oz
- Spanish onions - to taste
- Cilantro - 1.2 oz
- Dry adjika - 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Uchiko Suneli - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the bell pepper and onion coarsely.
Step 2
Chop the cilantro.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 4
Cut the beef into cubes.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the beef and onion. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and dry adjika. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Heat a deep skillet over high heat, add the beef. Sauté over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Add the bell pepper, utsho-suneli, and pepper mix. Stir.
Step 8
Cover with a lid and simmer for 7 minutes.
Step 9
Blanch the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute.
Step 10
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
Step 11
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 12
Crush the cherry tomatoes, add the tomato paste and salt. Stir.
Step 13
Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 14
Add the chili sauce. Stir.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 16
Add the cilantro and garlic, stir. Remove from heat.
Step 17
Transfer the finished dish to a deep bowl. Add cilantro leaves, red onion rings, and serve.
