Ingredients

  • Gouda Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Champignon Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
  • Bell pepper - 2 pieces
  • Apple - 2 pieces
  • Orange - 1 piece
  • Mandarins - 2 pieces
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt - 7.1 oz
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Orange zest - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the apples and remove the cores, then cut them into small cubes, and do the same with the cheese.

Step 2

Sauté the champignon mushrooms slightly and cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size.

Step 3

Slice the bell pepper into rings, removing the core beforehand.

Step 4

Separate the mandarins and orange into segments. Cut the orange segments in half crosswise. Mix all the prepared ingredients.

Step 5

Combine the yogurt, mustard, honey, lemon juice, and orange zest. Drizzle this dressing over the salad.
