Cheese and Cream Julien
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Chop the onion in the same way.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the heated butter in the skillet.
Step 4
After 2-3 minutes, stir and add the onion.
Step 5
After 2 minutes, season with salt and stir again. Reduce the heat.
Step 6
Pour in the cream.
Step 7
Season with black pepper. Stir.
Step 8
After 2 minutes, add the finely chopped garlic.
Step 9
Add the cream cheese. After 1 minute, remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer the mushrooms to a baking dish and add the diced mozzarella cheese.
Step 11
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top and place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 12
After 10 minutes, the delicious julien is ready!
