Ingredients
- Amaranth grain - 2.6 oz
- Arborio rice - 3.2 oz
- Lentils - 2.6 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Melted Cheese - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the grains and boil them for 15-20 minutes in separate pots (or you can cook them together). The rice should become soft and sticky.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill (or any other herbs).
Step 3
Mix the amaranth, lentils, and rice, add the egg (optional), flour, salt, and pepper. Form fritters, placing a small ball of mozzarella in each.
Step 4
Fry in a pan until golden brown, then place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 10 minutes.
