Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sausages - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater. Slice the sausages into thin rounds.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, kefir, and 1/3 teaspoon of salt until smooth. Add the baking powder and flour, stirring to eliminate any lumps.
Step 3
Add the cheese and sausages, and mix well. Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish (I used a 25x25 cm dish). Place it in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for about 35–40 minutes.
