Cheese Flatbread with Herbs
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the pack of soft cottage cheese.
Step 2
Crack in 1 egg.
Step 3
Add salt to taste (this step can be skipped if there is enough salt in the hard cheese).
Step 4
Add ground dried garlic.
Step 5
Add pepper.
Step 6
Combine with grated cheese.
Step 7
Add finely chopped herbs. Mix well.
Step 8
Add 3 tablespoons of flour. Stir until smooth.
Step 9
Grease the pan with butter.
Step 10
Place the cheese mixture onto the heated pan. Cook covered over medium heat until browned on the bottom.
Step 11
Flip using a wide spatula. You can also do this with a plate, first flipping it onto the plate, then returning the flatbread to the pan to brown the other side.
Step 12
Serve the cheese flatbread hot with sour cream.
