Ingredients
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Kefir - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 cup
- Ham - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add salt, sugar, and baking soda to the kefir, and mix well.
Step 2
Add the grated hard cheese and flour. Mix well.
Step 3
Divide the resulting dough into balls, roll out a small flatbread (you can fry it like this), place the filling (I used ham). You can also use a different type of cheese, which is also very tasty. Seal the edges and roll out a bit.
Step 4
Fry in a preheated skillet with refined oil on both sides over medium heat, covering with a lid.
