Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - 17.6 oz

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Beat the egg with the milk and add to the cheese, mix well.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and lay down 1 layer of lavash.
Step 4
Spread cheese on the lavash and place the next layer of lavash, making about 5 layers in total. The last layer should end with lavash, and grease the top layer with butter (you can use egg white).
Step 5
Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 356°F.
