Description
If you don't have a ravioli cutter, you can use a regular glass. Place the same or slightly larger amount of filling in the center of each cut circle, and seal the edges of the dough by hand. Due to its high content of enzymes and protein, cheese perfectly normalizes metabolism and restores energy. Nutritionists recommend including cheese in the diet for people following various diets.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 8 tablespoons
- Mineral water - to taste
- Spinach - 10.6 oz
- Leek - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - 14.1 oz
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and the oil. Gradually add the necessary amount of water and knead a pliable dough.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the spinach and leek, and mix them into the cheese.
Step 3
In a mortar, crush the salt, thyme, and dried mushrooms. Add to the filling and mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 4
On a work surface, roll out the dough thinly and cut it using a ravioli cutter into the desired shape. Place a full teaspoon of filling on each circle of dough.
Step 5
Place the ravioli in a steamer and cook for 15 minutes. Serve on warmed plates, garnished with a mixture of canned beans, corn, tomato sauce, or pesto.
