  • Butter - 2.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
  • Milk - 20 fl oz
  • Nutmeg - to taste
  • Dijon Mustard - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
