Ingredients
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 1½ tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and lightly sauté it.
Step 2
Dissolve 1 piece of cheese in the broth (I used 'Amber').
Step 3
Add the milk and pour everything into the pan with the onion, set to low heat.
Step 4
Gradually add another piece of cheese.
Step 5
Dissolve the cornstarch and pour it into the resulting sauce.
Step 6
Cook the sauce for a few more minutes until thickened, and it is ready to serve.
