- Cheese Spread - 14.1 oz
- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Mustard Greens - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into thick slices of 100 g each, and finely chop the parsley. Coat the cheese in the herbs, season with salt and pepper, and wrap it in thin slices of boiled ham. Dip in beaten eggs and coat again in breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Place the prepared schnitzels in a hot skillet greased with oil and fry on both sides for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with slices of tomatoes and onion, drizzled with a mixture of vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil.
