Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 15.9 oz
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Cream 22% - 3 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 2 teaspoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Feta cheese - 4.4 oz
- Grated Chocolate - 4.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the water, toss with vegetable oil, and set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the flour and milk, whisking continuously until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes without allowing it to boil vigorously. Add the chili, paprika, cream, mustard, minced garlic clove, Parmesan, and feta to the mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Step 3
Transfer the pasta to a greased (with butter or vegetable oil) deep baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over the pasta, and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère on top. Bake in the oven at 374°F for about 20 minutes (until golden brown).
