- Fresh Rose Hips - 4 sprigs

- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Add the leeks 2 minutes before they are done. Drain.
Step 2
Fry the bacon in a non-stick skillet until crispy.
Step 3
Mix the bacon, potatoes, and leeks in the oil, adding the rosemary. Season to taste and transfer the mixture to a shallow ceramic dish.
