Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 31.7 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Water - 4 fl oz
- Fatback - 2.5 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, dry it, finely chop it, and mix it with the peeled, washed, and finely chopped onion and water.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, add the fatback cut into very small cubes.
Step 3
Knead everything well and form cutlets.
Step 4
Coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in heated oil.
Step 5
Serve sprinkled with herbs, alongside stewed cabbage, fried mushrooms, boiled or fried potatoes. Serve red sauce and mustard separately.
