Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
- Turnips - 10 pieces
- Pea shoots - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Flaxseeds - 1 tablespoon
- Raspberry leaves - 2 teaspoons
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Slice the radishes lengthwise in half and then into thin wedges.
Step 3
Chop the cilantro leaves coarsely.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Step 5
For the dressing, combine the flaxseed oil, olive oil, and raspberry vinegar in a glass jar with a lid. Close the lid and shake well.
Step 6
Garnish with pea shoots or chickpea sprouts.
