- Peanut Sprouts - 10.6 oz
- Arugula - 7.1 oz
- Red cocktail cherry - 8 pieces
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Flaky sea salt - to taste
- Coriander essential oil - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, season lightly with salt, gently mix, and let the salt absorb. You can add black pepper to taste.
Step 2
Rinse the soy sprouts and dry them well — it's important that there is no water in the salad. Add them to the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
In a separate small bowl, prepare the dressing: mix the mustard, warmed honey until it becomes liquid, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and sprouts and gently mix (trying not to damage the vegetables too much) to ensure the dressing coats all the ingredients well. Top with arugula leaves.
