- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Roasted Peanuts - 7.1 oz

- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in a small amount of oil. When it turns golden, remove it.
Step 2
Chop the peppers (all three) and sauté over high heat until they develop a crust. It's important not to overcook them so they don't turn black. Remove from the pan.
Step 3
Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes and sauté over high heat. When it browns, you can add the soy sauce.
Step 4
Then add the onion, garlic, and peppers, along with the diced tomatoes. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. If desired, you can add some dry white wine. Taste and adjust the salt.
Step 5
Rinse the peanuts and add them to the other ingredients. Let it simmer for 3 minutes, then add the herbs.
