  • Chicken fillet - 5.3 oz
  • "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 5.3 oz
  • White Cabbage - 3.5 oz
  • Red Currant - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Tomatoes - 7.8 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 2.3 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Duck Fat - 1 tablespoon

Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
