- Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.4 oz
- Broccoli - 8.8 oz
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the diced fillet and sliced onions to the preheated skillet and sauté for 10 minutes. Stir in a spoonful of sour cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 2
Separate the broccoli into florets (you'll need 250 grams of florets), dice the tomato, and finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and herbs to the pan and sauté everything together for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4
Combine the eggs, yogurt, and sour cream (5 tablespoons) and mix well. Add salt, baking powder, and diced butter. Stir and then add the sifted flour. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should be thick, similar to pancake batter.
Step 5
Pour half of the batter into a baking dish (for example, a square one measuring 19 cm on each side and 5 cm deep) and place the filling on top without mixing (if the filling has juice, remove the juice). Cover the filling with the other half of the batter and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 to 40 minutes (depending on your oven). Check for doneness with a bamboo skewer.
Step 6
When the pie is ready and has a nice golden color, turn off the oven and leave it there for 5-10 minutes to prevent it from collapsing. You can take it out immediately.
