Ingredients

- Poultry - 3 lbs

- Pistachios - 15 pieces
- Chopped Green Onions - 4 teaspoons
- Merlot Grapes - 17.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 26.5 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for about 2 hours. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Drizzle the chicken meat with lemon juice and let it sit for a while. Clean, wash, dry, and slice the celery stalks.
