Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 2 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 3.2 oz
- Garlic - 0.5 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Dice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 4
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Step 5
In a heated skillet with olive oil, add the chicken. Sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add the onion and stir. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add the mushrooms and stir. Sauté for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.

Then add the butter and stir.

Add the cream cheese.

Add the mayonnaise and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

After 3 minutes, add the garlic and stir. You can add a little more salt.

Add the cream, stir, and simmer until the cream sauce thickens over low heat (about 4–6 minutes).
Step 14
Transfer to a deep dish and serve.
