Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Mustard Greens - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Eel - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Red Curry Powder - a pinch
- Paprika - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast.
Step 2
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the bay leaf, all spices and seasonings, salt, and simmer on low heat until cooked, about 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
Cool down.
Step 5
Slice into pieces.
Step 6
In a skillet, heat some olive oil, add the sliced champignon mushrooms, and sauté until cooked, about 15 minutes. Cool down.
Step 7
Cut the cucumbers into strips and the tomatoes into slices.
Step 8
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
Step 9
Finely chop the lettuce leaves.
Step 10
In a salad bowl, combine the chicken, mushrooms, garlic, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce leaves.
Step 11
Dress with sour cream and mustard and serve.
