  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz

  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Tkemali (plum sauce) - 3 tablespoons
  • Khmeli-suneli - to taste
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Water - 17 fl oz
