  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Spinach - 1 bunch
  • Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts into thin pieces.

Step 2

Heat the butter with a pinch of curry, chopped parsley, spices, and lemon juice. Spread this mixture on the chicken.

Step 3

Prepare the bunch of spinach and mix it with the almonds. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture on the chicken and roll it up.

Step 4

Coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown.
