Chicken and Squid Salad
Ingredients
- Squid - 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1 can
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- Red Caviar - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast, cool it down, and cut it into cubes.
Step 2
For the dressing, mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic, a tablespoon of red caviar, and lemon juice. Gently stir.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers into thin strips.
Step 4
In a small saucepan, pour in the water and wine, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Step 5
Place the cleaned squid in the saucepan with the wine for 3 minutes, then cool and cut into cubes.
Step 6
Layer the salad in 2 dessert bowls, spreading dressing between each layer: chicken, squid, cucumber. Top with sliced olives.
Step 7
Garnish with the remaining tablespoon of red caviar.
