Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet and pound it well. Place it on a baking sheet lined with foil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into rounds and place them on top of the fillet.
Step 3
Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, add the sour cream, finely chopped onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and add it to the grated potatoes. Mix again.
