  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
  • Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Onion - 1 head

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Lightly pound the chicken breast and chop it finely, then add the finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper, pour in the whipped egg, and mix well. Grease a baking dish with heavy cream.

Step 2

Form small balls from the prepared mixture and place them in the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10–15 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. For this, grate the cheese finely, squeeze in the garlic, and mix it with the cream.

Step 4

Remove the dish with the baking balls from the oven, drizzle sauce over each ball, and return to the oven for another 15–20 minutes. The cheese will melt and flow, while the cream will soak into the balls, making them especially juicy — a wonderful dish for a festive or everyday table.
