- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Canned Corn - 14.1 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Nut Bread - 3 slices
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic, grate it on a fine grater or press it through a garlic press. Rub the slices of black bread with salt and garlic, cut into cubes, and toast in a dry skillet.
Step 2
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small pieces.
Step 3
Dice the pickled cucumbers.
Step 4
Drain the liquid from the corn.
Step 5
Cut the cheese into thin strips or cubes.
Step 6
Wash the parsley, dry it, trim the long stems, and finely chop the parsley leaves.
Step 7
In a salad bowl, mix the chicken fillet, beans, cheese, corn, pickled cucumbers, parsley, and garlic croutons from the black bread, add mayonnaise, and mix the salad again.
