- Poultry - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the prepared chicken, cut it into pieces, and place it in a pot with butter.
Step 2
Add the stewed green beans, sautéed finely chopped onion, pour in the beaten egg, and place in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt to taste.
Step 4
Serve the borani drizzled with melted butter and sprinkled with parsley.
