Chicken Breast and Pomegranate Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 5 pieces
- Pomegranate Seeds - 1 cup
- Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
- Green Butter - 3.5 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Pitted olives - to taste
- Croutons - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and place the pomegranate in it for 10 minutes for easier peeling. After that, remove the skin and extract the seeds.
Step 2
Grate the hard cheese.
Step 3
Take the fillet and cut it into small pieces. Coat with cinnamon to taste (I do this to ensure all the meat is covered). Place in a skillet and fry until cooked, then immediately sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Chop the lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper into cubes.
Step 5
Mix all the prepared ingredients and add oil and feta cheese. Let it sit for a while and serve.
