  • Coconut Liqueur - 2 fl oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
