- Chicken fillet - 28.2 oz
- 10% cream - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root - 5 pieces
- Lime Juice - ½ piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic with salt and finely chopped ginger (5 cm).
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream (natural yogurt with a sour cream consistency can also be used), tomato paste, turmeric, chili, and lime juice. Add the ginger mixture. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with foil, place the chicken breasts on top, and generously coat with the sauce.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
