Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 14.1 oz
- 1% Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 1.8 oz
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast, then slice it into long, not too thick pieces.
Step 2
Pour in the kefir, add salt and spices to taste, and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Ideally for more than an hour.
Step 3
Mix the oats (you need fine oats that require a long cooking time; if you can't find fine oats, grind the coarse ones for just a second, but don't turn them into flour) with the herbs and paprika.
Step 4
Coat the chicken breasts in the prepared oatmeal breading and place them in a preheated oven on a baking sheet or in a dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 356°F.
