- Bouillon cube - 1 piece

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the fillet cut into long, thin strips. Cook for no more than 5 minutes over medium heat.

Prepare the sour cream sauce: pour sour cream into a container, add a little water, a crushed bouillon cube, and a bit of flour (to thicken the sauce), and stir well.
Step 3
Pour the fillet with sour cream sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add salt to taste.
