Description
This dish should not be salted. A side of brown and wild rice pairs perfectly with the finished dish, as well as fresh or pickled onion rings. Soy sauce can be used as a ready-made marinade for chicken skewers.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
- Herbes de Provence - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove bones and cartilage from the chicken breast and cut it into 4 fillets.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and sauté it for a minute in hot oil.
Step 3
Add the fillets to the pan with the garlic and fry for half a minute on each side.
Step 4
Pour soy sauce over the chicken and add the spices.
Step 5
Simmer on low heat for about 10–15 minutes.
