- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Brie cheese - 2.1 oz
- Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the chicken breast from the bone and cut it lengthwise into 2 equal parts. Cut each half into 2 slices. Place a slice between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound it with the handle of a knife. The piece of meat should be no thicker than 5-6 mm, and try not to puncture it so that the cheese doesn't leak out during frying.
Step 2
Cut the brie cheese into 4 equal pieces (it's better to remove the rind). Place a piece of cheese at the edge of a slice of chicken breast and roll it up using the plastic wrap: lifting the edge of the wrap, roll the piece into a roll.
Step 3
Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the roll first in flour, then dip it in the egg.
Step 4
Then coat it well in breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Fry in heated vegetable oil on all sides until a crust forms. During frying, adjust the heat of the stove - first heat it to maximum, then reduce it to medium.
