Description
I don't remember the exact proportions of the ingredients, as I always add more of what I feel like at the moment. I think half a chicken breast will be needed, but it really depends on personal preference.
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Corn Salad - 1 bunch
- Arugula - 2 bunches
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Honey - to taste
- Carrot - ½ pieces
- Green Apples - 1 piece
- Pistachios - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast, let it cool, and slice it into thin strips.
Step 2
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet without oil until golden brown, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Grate the carrot and apple on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Peel the orange, slice it into rounds, and then cut each round into four pieces.
Step 5
Thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves and arugula, then chop them coarsely.
Step 6
For the dressing, mix olive oil with honey, and you can add a little lemon juice.
Step 7
Mix everything together, dress the salad, and season with salt.
