I present to you a very delicious and generally low-calorie recipe. For those who love to maintain their figure and eat tasty food.
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 21.2 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and boil them for a few minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into small pieces, lightly salt them, and place them at the bottom of a baking dish. This will be our first layer.
Step 3
Heat a skillet, melt the butter in it (this is optional; you can use any oil or none at all, but I like the smell when garlic is sautéed in butter). Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Step 4
Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté until it turns a pleasant golden color. Then add the boiled and chopped mushrooms, followed by the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices if desired.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix it with sour cream and herbs.
Step 6
When you feel that the mushrooms and onions have stewed enough, layer them on top of the chicken. The last layer will be the sour cream with cheese.
Step 7
Send it to a preheated oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
