  • Onion - 1 head
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Ketchup - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Potato - 7 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fillet into small pieces and the potatoes into matchsticks. Prepare the dressing by mixing equal parts of sour cream and ketchup. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in hot oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place the onions and potatoes in a baking dish, then add the pieces of chicken on top and pour the sauce over everything. Put it in the oven, and after 15 minutes, remove the dish, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything together. Then continue baking until fully cooked.
