Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 3 pieces
- Salted Butter - 2.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, and make a cut on one side.
Step 3
Open them up, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 5
Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 6
Mix the room temperature butter, parsley, grated garlic, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 7
Place 1/3 of the garlic butter inside each breast, spread it, and fold the breast.
Step 8
Whisk the eggs with a whisk.
Step 9
Put flour in one plate and breadcrumbs in another. Dredge the chicken breasts in flour.
Step 10
Then dip them in the egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 11
Fry on both sides in a sufficient amount of well-heated oil for 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 12
Serve with fresh or pickled vegetables.
