  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
  • Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
