  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
  • Dry martini - 2 fl oz
  • Chicken Broth - 4 fl oz
  • Asparagus - 14.1 oz
  • Cream - 4 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the chicken breasts in butter until golden brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

Step 2

Add the flour to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Then add the vermouth or dry white wine and chicken broth.

Step 3

Add the cream and finely chopped asparagus. Stir and serve with the chicken.
