  • Stale Bread - 1.4 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ketchup - 0.9 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Cream - 2½ tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2½ tablespoons
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the prepared chicken meat.

Step 2

Soak the stale white bread and squeeze out the excess water.

Step 3

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Step 4

Mix the ground chicken with the bread, onion, and garlic. Add the chopped almonds, salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour in the cream, lightly beaten with the egg.

Step 5

Mix the lemon juice with the ketchup.

Step 6

Grease a baking dish with oil, evenly distribute the chicken mixture, cover with the lemon-tomato sauce, and cook for about 10 minutes at 900 watts.
