Chicken curry pairs perfectly with boiled long-grain rice.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Red Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over high heat. Add the fillet and fry while stirring actively until all pieces turn white.
Step 4
Add the onion, stir, and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Add a little salt and sprinkle with curry. Pour in the cream, stir, and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Simmer over low heat without a lid for 20 minutes.
Step 7
The sauce should thicken slightly.
