- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Poultry - to taste
- Safflower Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Cut into small pieces about 1 cm thick.
Step 3
Tenderize well on both sides.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Step 5
Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Add mayonnaise and ground pepper.
Step 7
Rinse and chop the parsley.
Step 8
Add the herbs to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

Add the flour and mix thoroughly. The batter is ready.
