- Chicken fillet - 35.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
Step 2
Place the fillet on a flat surface, cover with plastic wrap, and pound well.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 4
Finely chop the dill.
Step 5
Add the chopped dill, mayonnaise, a little ground pepper to the eggs, and mix thoroughly.

Add flour to the mixture and stir well to avoid lumps. The batter should have a consistency similar to pancake batter.

Season the fillet with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with paprika on both sides.

Dip the cutlet into the prepared batter.

Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil. Place 4–5 pieces in the pan and fry on each side for 5 minutes. It is advisable to change the oil after each batch.
