  • Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
  • Buckwheat Groats - 1.1 oz
  • Wheat Groats - 1.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Parsley - 3 bunches
  • Basil leaves - 5 pieces
  • Dutch cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the porridge from buckwheat and wheat groats.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken fillet, pat dry, and cut into pieces.

Step 3

Pass the chicken and porridge twice through a meat grinder or use a blender.

Step 4

Transfer the minced mixture to a bowl, add the egg, chopped parsley and basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly to distribute the herbs evenly.

Step 5

Form 10 balls from the resulting mixture. Cut the cheese into cubes and place inside each cutlet.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
