Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • White bread - 1.8 oz
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Breadcrumbs - 4 spoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ spoons
  • Salt - ½ spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Soak the bread in milk.

Step 2

Use a blender or meat grinder to finely chop the chicken along with the bread. Add salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.

Step 3

Divide the minced meat into patties, flatten each one, and place a small piece of butter in the center. Firmly seal it inside to shape the patties.

Step 4

Coat each patty in breadcrumbs, then dip it in egg, and coat it in breadcrumbs again. Fry in a moderately heated skillet, cooking each side until golden brown. If the patties are thick, you can cover them with a lid to ensure they cook through.

Step 5

Serve with potatoes and fresh vegetables.
